i have finished task called ''Transform into a big city'' , but i cannot collect reward, cause button for collect isnt shown.
need help, please.

The tasks don't work properly. I complete the task and it isn't updated.

Am I the only one with this problem

 

If you post your game ID and the name on the quest (even if its the same as others) it will be much easier for the mod to help you.
Better still is to start a new tread, it may seams unnecessary but it do help them.

The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this:

The system still says you are online is your computer still running or did you turn it off?.
The reason I ask is that even after you jump out of the game unless you actually log off the system still sees you.

try tonight and i will log out from game at 00:30 , if it's ok as well for you.

Quest in english is probably "Rise to Metropol"
Task are marked green but can't find button to claim reward

To get it in English.
When you login but before you type your password you can see your country flag in upper left part of your screen.
Click it and scroll down to the US/English flag and chose English.
Login and check the quest name, logout and in and you are back to your languish.

First up this is a real pain of a bug so you never need to apologize as its you having the issue and you are being really nice about it.
I have tried for the past 24 hours to log on to your account every hour without success which I am really sorry to say means we have a bigger issue.

May I ask you to please complete the support request form (main game page) so I can redirect the issue to our game coders I cannot do that from the forum

I/We are so sorry for this inconvenience, I know that sounds like a sales pitch but it is true.

I will make sure this is resolved by them within 24 hours.

This is now fixed ( I have no life so I set my alarm to wake me during the night and logged on).

Your reward is now waiting for you to collect.

lol mate, we get so many players that make complaints, when we get a nice patient one like you we are all only too happy to go the extra distance to resolve the issues.
