Re post, city hall upgrade and not getting rewards

completed City Hall challenges and did not receive reward, i reached the 450 residents actually have 908 and upgraded city hall with metro money and the city hall picture on the left side for challenges is still there with both challenges highlighted green with a check mark.

As my friend suggests we did ask you last time to give the name of the quest there are many for the city hall.

That being said I took a guess given the parameters above and completed the "Transform Into a Big City".

Hope that is correct or your account may go into melt down.

 

I have also completed the "Transform into a Metropolis" Task/Quest. Both of the criteria have been satisfied and I cannot collect the reward either. I have 1492 residents (950 required) and my city hall has been upgraded to level 5. Can you please assist me also
