Fire Department will not upgrade

    I have collected all the materials and money required for upgrading my fire department (all ticked off and money section green), but on clicking the upgrade button nothing happens..
    is there a level restriction ?, or anything else i am missing.

    I think this player has also emailed support as I have just fixed this exact problem earlier today.:rolleyes:
