Another Task that wont pay out..

I completed the "luxurious life" task but it keeps saying that I have only build 2 apartment complexes even though I have just completed the third as well. I have logged in and out but it still doesn't "update".

If you lucky this may help.
Move your houses to inventory and back again, Tools - Move - upper part of your screen.
Move them all to the main city.
If this don't help you have to wait for PirateLee to help you out.

 

One more thing I might add is that I need you to be offline to fix the issue.

I still don't understand how this can be, I always have to log in when I come to the game and I made sure to be logged out yesterday in case you stopped by lee, I'll try again hopefully it will work

Sometime its not enough to logoff from a program but you may need to turn off your comp, not reset but really turn it off.

 

Wow, that's a little scary

 

I was a bit unclear, after you have turn it off and waited about 20ish s all should be cleared and you can use your comp as normal.

 

Some browsers fetch data in advance to speed up your entry as I understand it hence the cache problems and the system telling me you are still around.

Now back to your problem, you do not have a quest called luxurious life running?.

I logged on as you and took a look and this is what you have running?.

Think you were on the wrong one then. Before I had 3 running, Lux life, then another city hall upgrade and last a bakery task making donuts. The lux life has been completed and it paid out yesterday. So just have the other 2 now.

 

Did you also contact support at the same time as posting here?.

Sorry my old age is getting to me can you clarify do you still have quests that are complete but are not giving you rewards?.

If so which ones, I dont want to complete quests that are not finished as this may well corrupt your account hence my question?.
