City Hall upgrade

I completed quest to upgrade city hall Level 4, and there were prizes to be won, including the much coveted MM...I didn't receive the quest prizes and the icon for the quest still remains on screen with the green check boxes checked, all complete.

Similarly, and old quest remains on screen (Farmers Market, inaugural event) - all green boxes checked, and can no longer play the event, but the icon remains on the screen.

Looking to get some prizes and clean up that screen a bit. Thanks for looking into this for me.

Mods will find it MUCH easier if you include your id number. Its top rightish of the unexpanded city screen.

Our system says your system is switched on so we are locked.

Could you please email support when you are turning off your system for a while and I will jump on and fix the problems.

I only check these forums once per day but I check tickets 4 to 5 times a day which is why I ask for the email (support email).

 

Alright! Thanks for those fixes, much appreciated. I think I am still confused by the City Hall upgrade, as the new quest has achieved it's population goal I am not sure which level City Hall it is asking me to upgrade to - and if I have already obtained that level. Thanks team for looking into this and for all the great improvements to the game lately.
