Update City Hall to Level 8

    I've updated City Hall

    I've reached the required 5000 residents, but cannot collect my rewards of;

    185 MM
    500,000 CC
    50,000 Experience Points.

    Can you fix this issue for me, I'll be logging out of my game for the next 6 hours.

    I've had no problem collecting rewards for any of the other challenges set forth for bakeries, farms or lumber mills, ..but only collecting rewards for updating city hall.
