    can you move the brewery to the main play filed from the burbs (the 3rd play filed)

    Only if you demolish it. Otherwise, you can't move any kind of production facilities nor power plants from one playfield to another.

    Please be aware that you only have 3 brewery sites on the main playfield, so that if you have already built your 3 permits there you won't have anywhere to put the 4th one down.

    no i only have one built on the main playfiled so i would like to put my second one (the one in the burbs) on the main playfiled.

    Manufacturing facilities (such as brewery) cannot be moved. they can be demolish and permits will be returned in the designer depot. From there you can choose where to rebuild them.
    Please not that material and credits will be required to rebuild.

    It may be obvious but I say it anyway.
    If you demolish and rebuild it start at level one with zero training.
