Fire Department will not upgrade

    Hi i have the materials and the cc and the green upgrade option but the fire department and the police department will not upgrade to the next level. This is my first point of contact with technical staff.

    I have collected all the materials and money required for upgrading my fire department, police station and hospital (all ticked off and money section green), but on clicking the upgrade button nothing happens..

    I have send support request ticket 2 times, first one a week ago, second one in this week and problem is still on.

    Is this that kind problem what can´t be repaired ?

    Could I ask you to please fill out a support request from so I can link your account to coders.

    I cannot fix this from the support console as it appears to be a coding issue.

    Since I do all support tickets in English and I have none open I can say with some certainty that we have not got your ticket which language did you send it to.
