Fire Department will not upgrade

I have collected all the materials and money required for upgrading my fire department, police station and hospital (all ticked off and money section green), but on clicking the upgrade button nothing happens..

I have send support ticket three times, first one was 7.5.2014. I think that this problem does not appear to be repaired ???

Really sorry but I need you to fill out a support request form, many have this issue and it is a coding problem that I cannot fix.
I will link your email to the coders data but I cannot do that from the forum.

Which language are you sending these requests to as they are certainly not the English support.

I am the only person who does English support tickets and every single one is answered.

All the people with this problem who have contacted English support have there ID numbers in the coders list to fix urgently.

 

where and how do i fill out a support ticket...

 

on the game screen click on the ? and fill in the information required lee will look after your problem from there

I play Finnish language and I have send first one support ticket Finnish and next two ones English and everytime I get same e-mail message what is saying at everything is ok, just wait few days.

I just sent a support ticket also.

 

We have many players around the world that have this problem and I have opened a whole list directly in the coders spreadsheet.
I am hopeful they will get this fixed very soon.

I have tried to upgrade my fire Dept. twice using MM. It takes my money but does not upgrade. I have all the materials needed but do not dare to use them. Any insight. I also sent a tech support ticket on 5/22/2014.

 

I replied to your tech question advising you this has been given to our coders and they are working to fix the problem now.

 

Hi It's been almost 2 week's has there been any progress with this problem. Is it server related?

 

It is getting frustrating when an emergency comes up and they ask for an engineer or a rookie when you don't have any. You end up having to use others that cost you more to renew their contract.

 

We have thousands of players with the same problem around the world so the team have this at the top of their list.
We are hopeful they can get this fixed during the coming week for everyone (Global Fix).
