    I have a task on the upper left of my screen says Pizza party step 1 is to build a pizza palace which has been done its on the coast. But it has not recognized it. Can You please fix this. Thank you very much in advance.

    This may help.
    Move it temporarily to your main playfield, the game sometime have difficulties counting buildings in the coast.
    Tools - Move - upper part of screen.

    Dave I need your system switched off to be able to fix this (fetch cache sees you online even if you are not in the game.

    Can you just email me (support emails all go to me) and I will jump on when you are sitching your system off for the night.

    Really sorry for the hassle

    Piratelee i have sent 2 support emails on this issue and nothing has been done, i have also sent you 5 support emails in regards to my other issue that you said you finally have an answer to. So why have you not responded to any of these 7 support emails.

    You know very well I have answered every single email.

    Please do not mix up that the coders have not fixed something with I have not answered you that is never true. I answer every email every day.

    Some items like the Pizza building quest do not yet work on the coast map. The quest was created before the map existed.
    This is the same for several other of the older quests.
    All you need to do is put the building in storage then place it on the main map.

    Sometimes you need to clear your cache so that is why I offered to fix the problem direct while you were offline.

    thank you the task is done now. But i have not had any reply from you on the older issue in regards to buying MM from 4 months ago. If you have sent me an email or something i have NOT received anything or i would've got back to you.

    Not sure where you are sending your emails then as I have no outstanding emails in the English Language area and we cannot close them without an answer?.

    i am using the question mark at the top right corner it says contact form. I have also used the link at the bottom of screen that says "support". I have sent it 5 times. I will send another one right now.

    Can I just check that you are getting replies from a person called Lee (Me).

    If not I need to find out where those emails are going.

    i can't check to see if you have the right email because since i first started playing this game under game options is a button "Account Details" but it has always been greyed out and i can not access it. But if Pirate would send me an in game email i will give him the correct one.

    Just tested my button and its work fine, so at lest its not a server wide problem. Not that that helps you :/
    When I click the "?" button I can see my mail address there to.

    I will do a shot in the dark with this.
    Many games demands a mail confirmation to "activate" your mail.
    I don't remember if this game requested it, perhaps a mod can confirm.
    If it do then perhaps there was a hiccup in the beginning and maybe that affect your mail? Just a wild guess as I don't know much about this things.

    I have replied to your email and now I can check the history.

    Every single email you have sent has been replied to so I am not sure what it is you are trying to say here.

    This subject is closed as I will continue direct as it appears I have been doing for some time.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Please try and remember I deal with all emails not just yours.
