Event Plaza frozen

    hi, my event plaza seems to be frozen. frustrating as I ran out of time to finish this midweek event. I have tried another browser with no luck and have also cleared browsing history.( this is what you mean by browsing cache I presume)I do not know what flash cache is or how to clear it.
    Any help gratefully received. ID 1846544. in England on a dull afternoon.

    Thanks but does this mean clear browsing history and what is flash cache please?

    My event plaza is frozen also on both of my cities. One city: lafiera4 ID 5641119 is loaded in Chrome.
    The other city: UrsulaCinquetti ID 4980587 is loaded in Firefox. Neither city can unlock the event plaza. I've cleared cache, flash cache, logged out, etc. Thanks!

    Mine unfroze after the time to buy the missed building passed. I just didn't get to buy it, but I wouldn't have anyway. So my problem is solved.
