Rock Event is missing

I understood that the Rock Event would run until Sunday, it has already disappeared from my game? When I click on the Event Plaza a message coms up saying "Time Remaining for the Special Offer" at the moment it is saying 5:27:11 My ID is ID 6780963

 

It sounds like you've already started the rock event, but didn't finish it. All events (apart from the special Birthday/Easter/Christmas events) last 72 hrs (3 days) but are generally available to start for up to 5 days. So the Rock event was available from 2pm CEST on Tuesday, until Sunday, but once started you get 72 hrs to finish it.

 

That's odd. As I recall, I began this event late on Wednesday evening so 3 days are not up yet, or, at least, they weren't when I discovered the problem. I don't understand why there is a message there saying 5 hours left for an offer, it seems like there some kind of error, not that the time is up

 

I should mention that previously, when I ran out of time on an event, there was a very clear message when I clicked on the Event Plaza that the time had run out. Please check further.

 

The offer to be able to pay to finish the event appears to have timed out.

 

Thanks for checking, but at the time I reported the problem the message told me there was 5 hours remaining on the offer, but no option to pay was available. As you replied 5 hours after I had reported this, I imagine that was just after you made your check. Clearly the offer would have timed out by that time. Perhaps if you had checked earlier you might have been able to rectify the problem in time for me to make a payment, had I chosen to do so. The time between reporting the problem and your response means that I was not given the option.

 

I am sorry but time only allows me to be able to check the forum once or twice per day. I too must sleep and work.

 

I understand that, but it still remains that I was denied a choice due to a problem with the game. I know you can't fix it now, but surely you can offer something to make up for the disappointment, for example, provide the final awards that I should have had the opportunity to receive, free of charge.

 

We never give individual reparations as you can read in the terms and conditions you agreed to when you started playing.

If management decide to give something they do it game wide so some do not get an advantage over others.
