Announced bug fix????

Hello Mayors,

Today we have made a few changes that did not impact the gameplay, so there was no downtime:

• The Rebalancing of the Weekly Quests: some requirements and rewards have been altered, you can find more in our Events FAQ section.
• A player survey that is available in English and German and will randomly appear in the news screen for some players.
• Bugfix: Exclamation marks in the architecture book

The BUGFIX is not fixed i have exclamation marks on everything in my architecture book so to me its NOT fixed.

 

You are actually right. It's not fixed. I just didn't even bother to notice that.

Or maybe they ment, that they were not there, and now they fixed it, so they are there........

 

I am not sure but they may be meant to be there I will try and find out.

 

but its not every item and there on every page, its actually very annoying.

 

Originally these exclamation marks were present whenever you had a new item available which you have not yet seen, and it was only with these new items. Which might get "repeated" after cache clean and such. But now these exclamation marks appear for no reason repeatedly, without any logic as to the item being new or something, so it really looks like a bug.

 

This should not happen anymore once you check the items which still have the (!) The fix did not include removing the exclamation marks already in your depot.
Please let us know if they do reappear once you clear them.

 

It seems it is as you say. Every single item with "!" has to be checked separately from the "list" screen. Rolling through them using arrows doesn't do the job. Those I checked this way at night were clear this morning.

 

I get "!" only from two reasons
- After i cleared my browser's cache
- After receiving a new permit.

 

Yes wizz i clicked on each 1 yesterday. Today they have not come back. Thanks. Even after clearing cache its all good. You may close if you wish.
