Can't collect reward

    Hi,

    I have upgraded my city hall to Level 7 and have a green tick by the little task box but can't collect rewards.

    Can you help ? Thanks!

    If you tell the name of the quest it will help mods helping you.
    This type of problem is often fixed within a day.

    Anyway I took a guess and the reward is waiting (hopefully).

    If it happens again please give us the name of the quest I see them all in my list so I have to guess.
    If I get it wrong it could cause data issues which is why we ask.
