    why i can claim my reward from task..i do complete my task that is Brick-a-Brac..but i cant collect it :( so please solve my problems and fix it..thank you :) My ID 7280581

    You should try clearing your browser cache first, and let us know if that works. Otherwise, PirateLee will be around to help you.

    juz now,i'd clear browser cache, then i log in games it still same..so sad.:( Plz Do something..

    Today I upgraded my city hall to level 4 but I didn't get the reward from upgrade city hall mission. In addition I haven't get my prize from your survey:(

    Your quest is also complete and at this time nobody has yet got the reward for the survey. I think they did say up to 7 days.
