    If you mean this part

    "We’re currently looking (..) an “epic-building” update which multiple users can construct epic landmarks. This is the direction we are looking into, and of course if you have any suggestions please let us know."

    It's in the second Producer's Letter (March 11th).

    It seemed to be suggested that it was part of a gifting feature.
    Would imagine that or the workshop is what they'll be working on once the new PF does get released
