No MM for Cineplex - POST HERE

I'm still having problems with the cineplex. I've disabled the pop-up/screen blockers specifically for Rising Cities and Farmerama. I now have no problems with Farmerama but I still do for Rising Cities. It still tells me I've got the pop-up/screen blocker on which I don't.

Any suggestions on what else I can check to see why this isn't working? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and have a great day

 

Why would they though? BP have been paid for the advertising slot. The company isn't getting its slot, but I would guess that BP takes the view that that is their look-out. I have to say that if I were an advertiser and got wind of this I would be mightily frustrated, but presumably the advertisers don't know.

 

Why? Because they are a reasonable business and want all their gamers, associates, moderators, others and especially me to be happy.

 

they need us to be happy otherwise we can overthrow them

 

it tells me that but after about 15 seconds the advertisement will start

I can watch the videos, then I click the confirm button to receive my MM, but it never enters into my MM holder...I've watch 3 videos, I am missing 45 MM, that I never receive, but that I earned

where as my problem is that when i open the cineplex to watch the video, it says" we are sorry but there are no videos available right now, please try again later". and all of my cinema tickets got deducted each time.

NP... anyone else have any other tips? I'll keep trying but don't know what more I can do. My screen blockers are off ... sigh.

ETA: Just tried it for the first time today. It does work. Takes a bit longer than 15 secs but it eventually gets me to the movie. Thanks so much.

I have watched 2 out of the 3 movies that were available today (one of them showed an error message and didn't let me play it...). However, I haven't been awarded any metro money for them.

Is there anything that can be done?

I played cineplex June 9th and did not get paid for 1, and another would not play!
I played Now June 10th, 2014 and 1 would not play and I got now dollars for either of the other 2 movie.!
Looking for 45 dollars to be added.

 

same here...watched 3 movies..but with "sorry,the video cannot be played.please try again later".did not get any MM.the cinema icon was active though...luring me to watch three unsuccessful movies...that did not show at all!

 

the cineplex and ads are outside of our control therefore we are unable to be of help some countries do not get any ads. there are numerour threads in speakers corner on this subject.

Hi one and all,
I have just watched 3rd film from yesterdays showing ,it played but did not credit me with mm, my better half also had the same issue earlier on today.
Any one have the same problem ?

When will "BP" provide a better and a more reliable solution for rewarding us with mm ?

As has been stated before, this feature is provided by a source outside of BP and is therefore out of their control when things go awry with it.

It is frustrating for everyone when it doesn't work, but there is nothing we can do about it.

 

Got the same problem, but only started after latest update..sigh

I watched 2 movies today, but my metro money amount did not change. It is stuck at 1,888. Is that the max? Or is it a glitch with some program?
