Have completed tasks but cannot collect rewards. Have cleared cache after consulting forum but still no joy, please can you help? My ID is 7390072

Hello again, the tasks are Build Brickyards and Modern Pier Houses

 

Pier house one is: "Beach Front Property".
Duno about the other one.

 

Ive built 2 Brickyards and produced 80 bricks but no reward.....?
Ive built 2 modern pier houses but no reward for this task either ....?

 

The name of task is on top of the task page, White text on blue background.

 

I dont need to know the name of the task, you havent answered my question ... why can't I collect the reward for these two tasks both of which have completed ?
Pleeeeeeeeese solve this for me.

 

Hi Mazza, to solve the mods need to know the name of the task

 

As Trix say its not for you (or me) we need the name. Its for moderators so they can find the right quest to help you with. Otherwise they may "fix" the wrong quest and that may affect your game play badly.

As soon as they get the quests name they normally fix this type of problem within a day.

About the question why. Well the program have failed to "see" that you have completed the quest so a moderator need to "tell" it: Hey, this guy really have done this quest so hand out the reward, now!

 

Each quest has a name that you can read and post here, as there are thousands of quests, as our friend Tellus says we have to be very careful which on we finish as it could corrupt your data.

In this case I know the two quests and they are:-

Beach front property
Brick in the wall.

if this happens again please remember both the name of the quest and your ID number is required.

Your quests are now complete and the rewards waiting for you to collect.
