Cant upgrade EMS

    I cant upgrade my fire or police from level 2 to 3. All boxes ticked for equipment and money. When i press upgrade nothing happens

    You have placed your emergency services buildings into storage, you cannot upgrade them in storage?.

    I turned the ems off while i waited for a fix. Sill waiting

    By putting them in storage and turning off the feature you have prevented it being fixed.

    If its not there we cannot fix it.

    I put them back fixed the issue (I Hope) and put them back into storage as this is your game I have no idea where you want to place the buildings.
