I am missing metro money...can anyone help

Can anyone please help me...I am missing 5 MM as of last night...I had 45 in my mm bank as of last night and today i looked and there is only 45...Can someone please help me...I know it is only 5 but i was saving for something so i know i did not spend it...I know there are people out there that can look and let me know what happened so can someone please help....Because if it was spent on something it was not by choice

Its likely you miss clicked on the start screen-special offer, cost 5MM and is easy to miss click when its delayed a bit.

 

For the record I have again asked the devs to try and install some additional safeguards in this area.

 

What is internal . pack . paymentpack . 125 . currency.....because if your telling me i bought 125 cc for 5 metro money that don't even make sense seeing as how i have a million cc.....i dont even go to the screen that asks you if you want to purchase extra cc or production gloves

 

Joey that's this News Screen which opens automaticaly on your first log-in every day. Gives you 10 X-presso and 100 PP.
Go to upper right corner, click "re-open news screen". And see that unconfortably huge purchase button. So easy to hit when the screen pops up in the middle of your rent collecting. Has happend to other people repeatedly.

 

Shouldn't they "just do it", instead of trying?

i lost 10 MM by cheating from this game which i used to finish last stage of one event at last minutes , so they cut the MM from me and i don't receive any reward , and nobody is able to look at my complain since 2 days

 

Read your emails??? and never say cheating we dont do that ever.

 

Kind of along this same issue, I bought a Production Pack and the only thing that was updated was the MM. I didn't receive Production Points (5000), Master Keys (30), Telephone Booth (2), Loft(1), Lumber (50), Beams (75), Coins (5000)

I've refreshed the game a few times and nothing comes up

 

You most provide your game ID or they cant help you.
If you can give a time about when it happened it will help.
Safest is to start a new tread as they may miss postings in old treads.
