Loot O Matic not working - POST HERE

every time me or my husband try to click the loot O matic button on the right side of the screen this happens


you can not click the X to get rid of it or anything. I have to refresh the game for it to even go away. I don't think it is supposed to sit there blank or basically freeze the game.
I have tried on multiple computers, cleared all cache, disabled everything, still does this.
Please if anyone knows what to do I would appreciate it immensely

Really sorry about this but I have done everything available in my tool box to try and fix this without success. I have placed it in the developers spreadsheet and also emailed them so this should be looked at very soon.

We are aware that this feature is not working for some players and the coders are looking at this now.

 

I used the loot-o-matic today as I had a ticket and I won a Vintage duplex which I did not recieve...Checked everywhere..in my inventory, building inventory, reloaded the game a few times, cleared my chache...nothing...
And I clicked both messages for claiming the prize.
Some guidance would be usefull! Thank you in advance

 

In the designer depot you searched?
You've won the permit, not the house itself (You still need to purchase it, place it on the playfield and give materials for it - unless it's a premium building (Yellow background), in case you only have to place it on the playfield from the designer depot).
In the future, when you have problem, post your ID also !

I have the same problem. I have cleared cache and everyting. I have tried using Explorer, chrome and firefox. I have even tried on a different computer. I have no idea how to get this to Work.

Several threads have been merged into this,
We are aware of the City Wheel issues and it is being investigated.

 

I might add to our residents Wizz's comment that this appears to be a globla issue so we do not need naymore posts as the fix will need to be gamewide.
