Cineplex is back or is it not?

I wanted to thank the BP team for taking the time and effort to try and fix the CIneplex. I was very fortunate to be one of the lucky ones who did not have a real issue with the Cineplex.

I happened to be online when it appeared to go online this morning. YEAH. I was very excited to see if any changes and improvements had been made. I attempted to watch two advertisements all I got was black screens and cost me two tickets. I tried all of the nifty tricks which had worked in the past with no success. So I have a few questions. I am not that worried about the tickets. I am more concerned did I jump the gun? Was the site not ready for me to access it yet? Or is this going to be the new normal?

Cineplex is not yet restored.
We will announced its return via one of our usual Official Announcements.

 

Thought maybe BP would like to know the Cineplex is no longer "Closed" and many people will be complaining again about it not working. It doesn't say it is closed and shows that there are movies to watch but there are none.

 

We are aware Cineplex can be opened but the issues aren't resolved. We are still working on it which required the cinema to be temporary unlocked.

 

Just a comment, value it as you like.
Did test it at 12 CEST.
Frist two worked fine and paid out 15MM each.
Third went straight to the no film page and removed a ticket, no MM.

 

just a comment: triede the cineplex about 12cest, all i've got was black screen, used 3 ticket, no MM

 

Thank You for the information. You might want to make an addition to the OA about the Cineplex. Warning people that the Cineplex is not functioning yet. They may not see this thread. Thanks again.

 

This happened to me too.

 

I know it is the weekend and most often you do not post on weekends so Monday can we possibly get an update on the Cineplex. Just need the facts: Status, improving, yes or no; estimate when might be resolved. Thank you.

 

I have had the same problem with the Cineplex just having a black screen for 3 days now. ID 6464899

 

I just clicked on the cinema; got 3 black screens with NO MMs for my effort. this has happened to me 2 days in a row. Net loss: 90 MMs (at the very least).

Thanks again Tassie devil for the information. But what is temporary? It has been unlocked for four days. Do we have an estimate when it will be back online?

 

What do you mean "net loss"? You can only lose something which you had. All damage done to you is that you had to click three times and did not receive any MM as a reward. So your loss is nine futile clicks a day.
Sometimes the Cineplex is working, sometimes not. It would be nice to get information *before* the we complain, but otherwise, it is free stuff. Great to have it, no harm done if it is not there.

No, Cinema has always been trouble. Last anouncement here says it has been taken off duty, but renewed for testing purposes. In reality, it has probably been just forgotten.

 

For some it works but for some it don't :/
For me (Sweden) it works fine, I have got 3x 15MM each day for almost a week now. The only thing I need to do is to not run the films in a row but just do a few collects or anything before the next one.

 

As explained on previous threads Cineplex is not completely under our control and we only do as much, we will continue to monitor the issues but at this point there is nothing more we can do about it.
