    I am having the same problem.I completed the city hall upgrade but cannot receive the reward.

    which quest are you trying to claim a reward fo, please click edit button on your original post ad add there
    also it is always desirable that you start your own post in the future

    As my friend Tassie says there are many city hall quests I cannot guess which one you need to finish?.

    Sorry. The "Transform into Metropolis" is the city hall quest I am having the problem with. I have completed it but it will not release the reward.

    Your system needs to be off for me to fix this and you are online or at least your computer is on.

    Email support when you are switching off so I can fix it for you.
    (Cache fetch sees you as online even though you are not logged onto the game and blocks me for you safety).
