I have four working lumber yards (out of 7), but when I click any of the other three, the screen 'greys out' and no dialogue boxes appear - there is no way to get back to the game, other than restarting - the same thing happens with each of the three lumber yards - could someone take a look please, as it's rather annoying...

The issue started a few hours ago, and I am wondering if it is to do with the latest event...

If clearing your cache doesn't solve it, try using a different browser from your normal one or if you have another pc, use that to start a production run then it should work normally going back to your usual browser/pc.

I've tried with a different computer, and tried moving each of the three yards that aren't working - still no change

I am sorry but the system says you have not logged on with another computer if you had done so it would show in your logs and the problem would have been resolved.

I logged on to you account from another computer and as suggested by our friends above the problem is now resolved?.

This is always a cache problem and is the same for everyone around the world if a player cannot clear the cache correctly then simply using another system creates a new cache and fixes the problem.

Problem resolved, thank you - but I did log on from two different machines, albeit the same model of computer - one at home and the other in the office, 10+ miles apart... thanks for doing this, all resolved!

That is very interesting I know its solved but could you advise if these two systems share any files (just out of interest?).

Only through Dropbox and Gotomypc - but Rising Cities is run on Firefox on each machine - the only similarity is that I log in on both with the same details - if it happens again, I'll try using Safari or <shudders> IE through Parellels to see if that makes a difference... again, thank you for the speedy resolution!
