Game Won't Load :(

Whenever I log on to the game and click to continue, I see the loading screen and that's it. I've been waiting for it to load for around two hours now and there's still been no progress. Also this happens every time that I have tried to play the game, so I have not yet gotten to play it.

Have you also cleared your cache, used a different browser and rebooted you computer

I can't edit my previous post because the only 2 options are delete and report!!

I am really annoyed because it took me almost 12 hours last night before I could log in to the game even though I cleared my cache, restarted my computer and tried 2 other browsers!!


Now this afternoon, it has been more than 3 Hours and I still can't log in, it is so frustrating as 3 times I got to the fields page and each time the connection was lost and so I had to reload the page and now I can't get anything!!

It's now Over 7 Hours and I am in the middle of an event and won't be able to finish it on time because I can't load the game!!! I can get to the City Maps but no further as i get the message Connection lost!!

 

We dont need you shouting at us because you have a problem with your own connection.

You account is working perfectly and I see you are online now so I assume whatever was effecting your system has now passed.

 

I see this is one of two accounts you have created and like I said above your accounts are working perfectly the problem is with your own provider (otherwise I would not be able to log on as you).

I suggest you talk to your internet provider.

 

yes but it still takes hours to log back in after losing connection!!

 

That is not good I will keep testing your system (when you are offline) to see if I can duplicate the problem.
If I pass this to the coders now they will only see what i see and that is a perfect account and connection.

 

I was able to connect but then lately kept losing connection, I have tried 3 different browsers and managed to connect then lost connection again, got to the city map and then was unable to connect when i clicked on an area then started to get the message that there was no internet connection despite being able to access other websites!!

I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer all to no avail!!

 

Can you please try on a friends computer and see if that works?.

 

I'm seeing this same problem. Everything was fine until about 9pm last night and then all morning this morning it continues. Every other application that I run is fine. There has to be a problem on Rising Cities, because no other applications are losing the internet connection. | ID 8258644 Sometimes I can only enter the map area and sometimes I get all of the way into the game and can click on 2 or 3 items before the error message arrives.

 

Can not get in map area it just stays in the blue screen with line going through the building with 2 boxes at the bottom of the screen

Still the same problem!!

It was all working fine until a few hours ago and now I can't connect, have tried 3 different browsers, in fact I almost was able to log in via Internet Explorer then just as I wa about to click on an area I got the message "connection lost". Now I can't log in with any browser!! I have cleared my cache and as I said before tried 3 different browsers!!

I had this problem last night and it took several hours to be able to get back into the game and then this afternoon I lost connection and now can't get back into the game!!!!
