Hospital permit

I have a quest to build a hospital, but when I go to the special depot, there is no permit, help please. ID8418689

 

Have you completed the quest medicine women I believe you need that before the hospital appears?.

The medicine woman tells me to build a hospital and links me to the special depot, where there is no building permit to build a hospital

 

The system says your computer is one so I cannot check your account.
Please let me know when you are switching off and I will jump in and take a look.
Fetch cache will also block me even if you log off the game, your system needs to be off for your security.

Thanks I had you on call back so I saw when you switched off. Have you already built your police station it appears in your list but I cannot find it?.

Sorry to mess you around but I dont want to add something and mess up your data without making sure?.

 

never had a permit to build police or fire station yet either

Tried 2 other accounts on syfy and they lost both accounts, so I figured come to the main site itself and make an account, gotta stop buying the starter packs, that's when the trouble seems to start, thanks

still no building permits for hospital, fire or police stations, any updates on situation?

Any progress on my problem yet?

Did not realize that asking for a progress report to a product that I am paying for, (bought starter packs) was considered "double posting", in the same single thread that I started. Apologies.
That being said, I would still like an update as to the functionality of a broken product that I am paying for.

I think I did say your system must be turned off and yours is still on so I cannot fix the problem.

Also if you add a question here that is unrelated to the problem as Tassie says we have no idea what this relates to. We do not keep a running log of all 3 Million active accounts so each question is treated as new.


This is getting almost impossible to reslove on the forum so I would ask you now to contact support (me) by clicking on the support link on the main game page when you are turning your system off and I will resolve the issues with the emergency buildings for you.
