studio apartments

i haven't received any city credits for few days now from my studio apartments ill receive experiences points and worker points all needs are met. is any one else having this problem

 

The studio apartments is a building only for workers. So it won't give any City Credits (Instead, it will give Production Points).
Just like Brownstone Flats offers only Education Points, and some exclusive buildings such Tenements and Residential Tower will also offer only Production Points.

it had been giving rent like all residential buildings then it just stoped?

 

By not giving rent do you mean that the coin above the building never come?
