Need some fixing...

    After completing task to reach 950 citizens and upgrade City Hall, I did not receive the reward, green checking is shown but I could not collect reward and task was not removed ... now I have more than 2200 citizens and upgraded City Hall to adequate level... old task is still there, it was not removed and no reward of course... Can someone help me, please...ID 6748210, Thanks

    Can we please have the name of the quest you are trying to claim rewards and the level of your city hall for please

    Its really helpful for the mods if you can tell the name on the task.
    950 pop I think is lvl5"Transform into a Metropolis"?

    As I see, quest "Transform into a Metropolis" is fixed and I can collect reward. Now, next quest "Transform into a Cosmopolitan City" is opened and the first task is reaching 1700 residents is green (I have more than 2200) but the second one - to upgrade City Hall to lvl 6 - is not green (I already have my City Hall at lvl 6).. Or I am wrong? ID 6748210, Thanks again and sorry for trouble..
