connection lost problem

i have been tryin to play for 12 hrs now,n each time connection lost comes up after few second into the game.....its same problem which ws resolved few days back but its happening again and that too during events.i could'nt complete the last event and i dont think i would d current one!plzzz resolve d issue.

There are several thing you can do, clear browser/flash cache then reboot computer try a different browser, if none of that works we need your id number please click edit on your post and add it there gl

Same problems as the poster. Have cleared the caches, different browsers etc. Only site I am using having this problem.

I tested your account and it works perfectly from my end with no drop outs.

May I ask do you have more than 1 account.

Do you have another computer running in the same house.

Does anyone else play the game at this IP address besides your game?.

 

it worked perfectly for few hours yesterday then few hours later it again started losing connection but right now its workin fine.

I think i spoke too soon. m again having the same problem i played the game an hour back, it was fine.....nw i again lose connection within few seconds i hv treid 4-5 times bt it isnt workin, n again m not gonna complete my event!!!!!!!!!

 

We have reported these to our coders hoping they can shed some light on the problem.

The biggest issue is trying to duplicate the problem, if they cannot see it broken I am not sure how they are going to fix it.
Having said that I am support not a coder so I will hope for the best.

 

So my problems I posted above cleared up mysteriously later. What is odd is that was during an event. Now I am having issues again. During an event. Always seems to occur towards the end of an event which makes it extra frustrating. Is that a coincidence or part of the issue? I notice there are no drops before the connection gets lost.

 

We are reporting these one by one, sometimes we cab reset the data resources and make the system work but most times it is just the internet load.

They are trying to find ways to avoid or reduce this.
