Firing emergency people

    How do you fire people from your emergency departments? I have a few I'd like to get rid of but the button is greyed out.

    That is odd, I have fired a couple today.

    Try clearing cache, restarting etc is my only suggestion.

    Clear cache regularly, but just gave it a go and the button is still greyed out. Can you fire them at any time or do you have to wait for them to reach a new level? Tried hunting the FAQ but couldn't find it.

    Do you have a broken building (power plant?) within the stations own radius if so fix it/them. This helped me some ½ year ago.
    After that I have fired a lots of them without any trouble and at all levels.

    Looks like your personal is refusing to be removed from their job positions.
    I have forwarded this issue to our dev team for a more persuasive approach.

    It was fixed for a while, but appears to have broken again.

    If this issue is still unresolved please open a support ticket from the "?" (question mark) in the upper right corner of your game window. And we will investigate further.
