Loot-O-matic - tickets

Just purchased 10 gold tokens for 529 mm. Showed the purchased, the tokens going into my inventory, but when I went into inventory, they are not there. I refreshed, and still not there. Inventory showing 0 gold tokens.

This amount has not been deducted from your account MM and as such the tickets have not been credited.

 

Ok, I typed it wrong. 549, but yes, it was deducted from my account! My balance was over 1,000 prior to my purchase. It is now at 623. Check my recent purchase of MM. I purchased 1500 over weekend. I have no reason to lie about it, and am quite offended.

If possible can you give a approx. time of the token buy as I believe it will lessen the risk of mistakes.

If you also could check your wherehouse if you have got Bonus Tokens instead (Yellow not Green). Just to rule out that possibility.

 

The logs show that you have bought 10 Spin (Green) Tokens for 549 MM

Thanks Wiz. Apparently it was the green tokens which went into my inventory. Honestly, I do believe I did purchase the gold ones, and even saw the animation of the gold tokens at time of purchase, but all is good, no big deal, it's only a game. Sorry for all the confusion and thank you again for looking into the matter.
