city hall upgrade

    Hello and good morning!! i upgraded my city hall several days ago and it won't give me my reward, i still have the quest along the side of the screen and it shows that i have completed the number of ppl and the upgrade but it is not giving me my reward, can some one look into this please and thanks:) cheers, colette, 5768033

    it is called "transform into a metropolis" you have to get 950 ppl and upgrade your city hall!! I have had the quest for quite some time and just finally decided to complete it, thanks:) cheers, colette, 5768033

    thank you, can someone please fix the connections issues as well!! I was on good until several hours ago and now I just can't stay connected!!
