    I am wondering if any one knows what the materials are needed to upgrade the village from level 1 to level 2 and then to level3
    thanks in advance as have just finnished the world cup event

    Unfortunatelly, I haven't payed attention when upgrading to level 2, but I can tell you what resources are required for level 3.

    Upgrade Level 1->2

    Stage 0: 10.000 CC
    Stage 1: 250 Lumber - 25 minutes
    Stage 2: 400 Beams - 30 minutes

    Upgrade Level 3->4

    Stage 0: 85.000 CC
    Stage 1: 500 Concrete - 60 minutes
    Stage 2: 400 Bricks - 60 minutes
    Stage 3: 225 Roof Tiles - 2 hours +15minutes

    I've seen worse

    stage 1: 275 + 300 (HD)
    stage 2: 550 + 300 (HD) + 500 (BB)
    stage 3: 1000 + 300 (HD) + 500 (BB)
    stage 4: 1815 + 400 (HD) + 675 (BB)

    hd = hollywood diner
    bb = bread basket
    so diner gives 300 revenue
