getting no emergancies

    was wondering if the emergency system is broken? I am not getting any and have fire and police stations, thanks

    Hello secret-urges,

    First, verify that you have not inadvertently deactivated the EMS. You should try to use a different browser, reset your browser cache and reboot your computer.

    You should also open a ticket and a technical support agent will be along to help you as soon as possible.

    You have a large amount of quests not completed which may well have blocked you so I have moved some things around. Can you please test and see if this is working?.

    PirateLee,
    I have tried everything you suggested and even bought the "Rookie Patrol", I got the academy and hired specialist and still not one single emergency, please help

    We have passed this onto the coders and hope they can get this fixed for you as soon as possible.
    I am sorry I have tried everything that is in my little box of tricks without success.:(:(

    P.S. Could I get reimbursed the MetroMoney I used for the Rookie patrol I bought and was not able to use?

    Will you please fix my account!!!!
    I tried to deactivate and then reactivate my police, hospital and fire dept,the only thing that happened is they deplete my power and still no emergancies. Plus I've notice that the brushwood does not regenerate like my friend's does.

    We are still working on the emergency system issues and as soon as we know more we will inform you.
    Underbrush only reappears once per day and it has different intervals for each player.

    Well Wizz, the Brushwood still has not regenerated since I started this game, and I still have not received one emergency yet...bought starter packs, paying customer here
