Task frozen?

Yes I think the task for the house of the century is frozen. I have two green check marks and yet I can't complete it, or collect the reward. I have about twenty or more residential buildings up to level 4. Would you like to see a screenshot of the task and the buildings in question? I think you should find them easy I posted to your Facebook page sorry I am still a little new to the programs to show a Image.

Is "The house of the century" the exact name of the task?
They need you game ID or they cant find your game.
The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this (not in full screen):


.
This type of problem is often fixed within a day or so after all info is given (although they seam to be a bit under staffed at the moment).

 

Yeah I forgot so I edited my post. That's one thing that's going to take a little to get. On the other Big Point game, I play you don't Share your ID#.
