    Im Level 21 and still got 3 unfinished Quests:

    Quest 1. Medicine Woman
    - cannot select 2nd free specialist

    Quest 2. New Recruit
    - No academy building/permit can be found in special tab or in storage box.

    Quest 3. loot o matic
    - every time its available i click the star icon but nothing appear and game have to be refresh as windows will keep on open.

    Please solve - thanks

    Please fill out a ticket, you will find it by clicking on the ? when game screen is not in full screen mode
    I will also move this to the TQ area
