upgraded city hall no rewards

    The task is Transform into a big city and under that there are two which had to be completed - reach 450 residents and upgrade city hall. i did both and they both have a green tick but no rewards.

    If there are more tasks which you have green but you cannot finish you will have to post each of their names.
