calculation error

I just had around 169,000 CC's. I bought a piece of property for 69,000 CC's. Now I only have 19,000 CC's. Can this be fixed?

I am also having the same problem alot of people are having with the loot a matic, emergency system, treasury, etc. not working.

I am playing another city on the same computer and am having none of these problems.

I had to start playing again or I would have no chance at finishing my event.

So when someone ever decides to take a look at this. The problem happened when I bought the land with the farm on it.

Are you serious? What about fixing my problem? I have heard nothing back from you about fixing it, just this bull. I want to hear if this is being looked into or not, so I know if I should start looking into another game to spend my money on.
