  3. Well it does look like the planning commitee was a bit in mood when drawing this city. :)

    • Suggestion 1: Keep it as it is if you like it. :)
    • Suggestion 2: Scrap it and start all ower again.
    • Suggestion 3: Buy extra spots in Inventory, they are cheep now, put as many buildings and decos as you can into the Inventory to create some space, reorganise those who stayed on the playfield, then rebuild the rest.
    • Suggestion 4: Hire some skilled city planners to do the job for you. :)
Which option will you chose? :)

It's a disorganised but well functioning city. I am generating in excess of 600,000 production points, and several million in city credits. I think I will simply re organise it. I was focused on upgrading all the commercial buildings and waiting to get the stadium in before i advanced into a re design. It's been re designed a few times. I might use the credits to buy more land, and dump all the smaller houses into suburbia. A combination of Suggestion 3 and suggestion 4 :)

Assuming you've unlocked the 'burbs' you could start placing your <1 hr residentials over there and try constructing residential 10x10 plots, where you can place your commercials first and then start putting as many residentials around them.

Unfortunately I can't post on here a useful link because it's from another language's forum

I would say, put your bakeries in the same area together so it's easier to quickly start a production run

  7. You can start here. See what arrangements you like and try to re-create them with what you have. Also, try and come up with your own arrangements. Use your imagination !

I was wondering if you meant I hadn't removed the weeds. Your city is very advanced, your what a level 46, I am a level 36. I do not need to organise my city at this level overly neatly just yet. Over the next few levels as i have completed the basic upgrades I will organise it neatly. While my city is disorganised it's income is highly effective the way it is laid out. I see you have only 356K in credits. I usually keep a steady 1-3 million and close a to a million production points, while at the same time working hard at upgrades and stocking the warehouse. It would be pointless for me to organise my city like this when after i upgrade i have to move everything around again. So when i have all the merchants fully upgraded then it is the time to organise everything neatly. Is that not logical to you? I prioritise upgrading pizzarias and beer gardens and stadiums. Only when this is done can i really place the buildings where I want them. Your city looks good. You have a strong production income, which is good long term, you can focus on producing high end products.

"Norton the nark" - That was in disarray due to commercial and market suppliers not having been fully upgraded, making it more economical to be this way. As for the roads, and if your not just trolling because i called you out on a previous thread then i have to say they do reflect a certain parsimony in my mayoral running of the city. I have since paved the streets you might be happy to learn..or might not if your just trolling.

  15. No I'm not just "trolling" Dreary Dave. I did not mean to be so abhorrent in my describing of your city. I sincerely apologize.:)

You were abhorrent and I am dearly glad to hear in your reply that you admit so with such sincerity...Norbert.

How did you get 8 lumber mills? I only have 5 and there are no more lumber mills available, what is the actual limit of lumber mills and farms and how can i get more than 5?

    Thanks

    Adrian

    Max Farms: 8 (+1 at level 75).
Max Lumber Mills: 5 (+1 at level 65).
Before you could buy 2 more lumber mills for MM but not anymore.

    Thanks,

I'm a bit disappointed though because production is a bit slow especially for high level buildings and it would have been fair to get the opportunity to buy those 2 extra lumber mills using MM. I have to wait to lvl 65 just for one extra lumber mill, that's probably about 6 months from now if i'm lucky.

    Cheers

    Adrian

  20. That's a really big bummer. It looks to me like I've also got the max for quite a while too.
