How do you get the academy permit?

    Hi everybody! :) My name is Christian. ID#8558249 I'm band new on here and started like 4 days ago. I also got my wife hooked on this game. lol.

    I went on to the thread about the academy and answered my question here halfway, but I still don't know how to get my academy. What are the series of tasks that I have to complete before I get my permit? I'm at level 15 and have all the emergency services buildings built, but I can't train any specialists without the academy. It just seems to me like I should already have my academy permit, but I could be mistaken. Thank you so much for your time.

    There are some known issues with the Emergency System. Please click your edit button on your original post and add your ID number which can be found next to your name when screen in not in full game screen mode.
    i will also put this post in the appropriate area.

    Please check you should now have the academy waiting in the designer depot under the star icon.
