    Plz provide the exact name of the task or moderators will have difficulty's helping you.
    The name is on top (white text on blue background) and most (not all) start with Transform into ...

    Transform into a big city 450 residents upgrade city hall.
    It has a green check but will not complete reward

    I tried to fix this but our system says your computer is on so I am blocked.

    Please email support when you are turning computer off for a while (not just logging out) and I will fix it.
