Farmer's Market Quest is still there though I completed it already.

I got another question. I already completed my first farmer's market a long time ago, but I'm still seeing the quest for completing the farmer's market. I already got the big strawberry decoration so I do know that I completed it. Do you have to complete a second farmers market to make the quest go away? Thank you again for your time.

Unfortunately, I can't even get the farmers market again. I let my classic car show expire because I didn't have enough time or resources to finish it. :,( I decided to try and not select another event until the level 15-19 farmer's market shows up. I'm going to see if that works, but I don't know if it will. Does anyone have any ideas how I can make the farmer's market available? thank you for your time and interest.
