I don't have the academy permit

Hi - I'm lv25 and I still don't have the academy permit.

now I have tried to let one of the emergency workers contract getting below 5 (as suggested in another thread) - but it does not help - I cann't solved the quest Medicine Women: Select a specialist for the hospital .... I have one specialist at the hospital, the police and the fire Apartment - but I cann't get a second one to the hospital.

need some help here - please

 

I recommend you delete your other same post as moderators really dislike if you post the same thing two times.
Keep this one as they do like when people with problem start a new thread.

Support can be faster but some think a thread is easier.
You don't have to have some "special" problem to contact support, its up to you both works.
If it don't mater for you I would go for support as it can be faster.

IF you do mail support then add a note here so mods can close here. They rely don't like to get the same problem to them in more then one way as that increase their workload for nothing.

 

I am not sure is this was you but I do believe you have contacted us at support, that is all good but I need your system turned off as I said in my email to fix the issue.

not shore what im doing but im lev 21 and need to build the academy. what lev do i receave the academy or how do i get it. Pleasee help

 

You need to contact support - and then you have to turn off your computer before they can fix the problem - I think Lee is online in about 5 hours - so if you contact support now and tell them that you haven't got the Academy yet - and then tell them that you turn off your computer in about 3 hours for (i think) at least 4 hours - then they might have the time to fix the problem.

 

When does one need the academy I have fire, police ans hospital

We are still working on the "no emergency" issues as well as academy quest.
We will inform via our Official Announcements when they will be fixed.
