Game freezing and log in problems

I am having trouble with moving from one area back to the City often it just gets stuck and won't go back to the city or if it does it will have 1/2 the screen loading and 1/2 showing the city so when either of these happens I refresh the game and then can't log in again!!

I have restarted my computer and then sometimes I can get back in but then another problem happens and I then find myself unable to log back into the game for several hours even though i clear my cache and restart my computer!!

This has been going on for several days now!!!

Several people have advised that if you avoid clicking anything on screen until the whole map emerges and finishes loading the problem can be avoided.

 

I get the same problem sometime but not as severely as you (relog still works).
Using road/bridge seams to be more stable and lower the risk quite a bit for me.

@Lee This happen before you can interact with your city.
When entering a playfield there is a short loading screen. Sometime that screen don't disappear as it should and cower half the playfield, the rest of the field works fine.

It has now been almost 24 hours since I have been able to log back in, usually I can re-log in after shutting down m computer for the night but this time I can't log back in!!

 

Please check again, I have reset your game data in the hope that will help in the short term?.

I tested your account and logged on as you after I did the reset, I also note that the system says you are online and in the game when I am writing this reply so please advise???.

 

yes I finally managed to get back into the game after several hours. Then today I lost connection and was unable to log in again for several hours then finally I managed to get to the playfield screen and tried to log in but it just froze and after waiting a while and finding it still the same had to refresh the screen and now i can't log in!! All of a sudden I am having problems after i had had several weeks problem free!!!

 

We have reported these issues to our development team and they are hopefully going to apply some fixes to the issues players are having this week.
