    There is no "Education Center" building in our game. Where have you encounter this name?

    It is the Academy, I forgot the exact name when I posted this. I STILL CANNOT BUILD THIS as it is not offering me the opportunity to build it!"!!

    Academy is awarded from "Old Dogs, New Tricks" quest.
    At the moment we are investigating a series of quests which are not working properly including this one.
