Energy and emergency system

Hi, I have (stupidly) tried to deactivate and reactivate my emergency system in order to make it work. Each time I stored it, the energy level stayed the same. Each time I took it out of the inventory, the energy level dropped. Now I am stuck with 75% energy, and do not dare to take it back out of the inventory. I saw that this problem happened to other players, and that there is something the moderators could do to solve it (even if temporarily). Could you help me out, please?

Edit: I have added a power plant to stay at 100% energy. However, calculating energy use of all buildings the result should be 450-500 points. The energy bar claims use is currently 889 points -- and this is the real problem.

I wish I could check, but I cannot log into my city (I get stuck in the blue screen). I cleaned cache, restarted computer... I also have another level 44 city (under the name TAMTAM70) which I have no problem logging into. Any thoughts of what may be wrong?

Remember you cannot have two accounts running at the same time the system will kick you or fail to load.

Sometimes there is also an issue with the cache when you have more than one account and the quick way around that is just turn off your system and back on before you log into the next account.

This was created to prevent people cheating but it has some side issues for hoent players too.
