    Can you please reset my mood indicator again? I have spent over 200,000 CC's on decorations and have not upgraded or added any buildings. I am still at 75% population. I have been at the 100% population line for at least 4 decoration additions and now, the indicator has stopped moving.

    have you checked the actual numbers on your mood bar? the eye can play tricks on you, but the numbers never lie.

    to see how much mood you have, calculated:
    produced mood = PM
    used mood = UM

    100x PM/UM => the % of mood you have

    also to calculate how much spare mood you have before you reach 75% use
    4/3x PM - UM => spare mood before 75%

    this was screwed up a couple days ago and they fixed it. its not working right again. I have no idea what those numbers mean, is there an equation to use to figure out by the numbers?
