    Hi there

    I just want to know if tool boxes drop from all rent collections? I noticed that I only get it from certain houses. Please let me know

    They do drop from all buildings sometimes - more drops happen from higher population houses (event houses seem to drop well but a level 4 impressionist villa will likely drop more than a level 1 circus).

    Fulfilling a house's requirements apparently also increases the drop rate.

    Prefabs and other <1 hour rent houses don't drop often.
