Lost city

I started building a city and got to level 10 on Friday. I logged on Saturday to find the city was on level 4, all my roads and houses had disapeared and what i had bought with money had nearly gone as well. What happened to my city?

 

Plz add your game ID or the moderators cant find your game and help you.

While we are waiting for your ID my guess is you have created a new account by mistake, just use the original password and log in name it must be exact even full stops will count.

The good new is that your old account is still there, a new one do not delete an old one.
Perhaps a missed CAP, s p a c e, ... or 123?
