Stuff sold in marketplace does not appear in the game

I just sold 10k of wheat in the marketplace for 300k, if i go to the warehouse it's gone but i have not received the money for it yet? Could someone please have a look, my ID is 8289340

Moderators will check this for you. Most likely what has happened is there has been a time lag between one step and another in processing the action. They will research this and give you the information for you.

Are you remembering that you can only see the first item for sale there may be 20 items at the same price in the system but only the first one shows up?.

Did you see a message saying the items are sold please?.

 

yes, i saw a message that the item was sold, 10k wheat are gone from my warehouse but no money in

Just an additional note it was not wheat but barley you have a few wheat sales but they are only 1000 at a time not 10,000 back to the beginning of the month.

you are right it was barley, but it's icon is so close to wheat ..., sorry about that
so as you have noticed it was sold but i haven't got the money and now i'm missing either 10k of barley or 300k CC

Yes I know the icons are close so I too get mixed up now and then,.

Really sorry but those print outs above are from your own account and show you did get the amounts, I even double checked in your trade total and printed it and it is in your total.?
